Wholesale Policy

OUR WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hi! We love our stockists and are always happy to share our products with new shops!
HOW TO ORDER:
You can order through our general shop by sending us a list of SKUs (or product names) and quantities to hello@beedewy.com. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping.
STOCK:
If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just email us for availability and we can adjust your invoice based on stock.
WHOLESALE PRICING:
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP. Shipping cost will be calculated separately either through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. Trade clients (interior designers, architects etc.) will receive 20% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any domestic orders over $750. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS.
OPENING ORDERS:
A minimum order of $300 is required on opening orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
RE-ORDERS:
$200 minimum order is required for re-orders. Re-orders must alsonbe paid for before items are shipped out.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@beedewy.com within 24 hours of sending payment.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through Square, Stripe, Paypal and Credit Cards are all accepted forms of payment.  
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Please keep in mind that Beedewy does not bear any Customs Duty or Tax responsibility. It's up to the customer's responsibility to pay the additional VAT or import duty fees to clear merchandise through customs. 
NATURE OF HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS:
All of our products are carefully handcrafted. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Beedewy at hello@beedewy.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Confirmed damaged or defective merchandise will be exchanged with new merchandise. Damaged or defective merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. 
If you're a wholesaler, we don't accept refunds unless it's been acknowledged by our support team and granted. Wholesale exchanges will be honored in the form of store credit for re-order of a minimum of $200. 
CONSIGNMENT:
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.

Beedewy offers a generous wholesale program with merchandising support and complimentary creation of custom gift sets. All we require are a business name and merchant number to open a wholesale account. Feel free to email us with questions; we would love to go over our best-sellers and help you decide which items are the best match for your demographic.
Accepted payment methods for wholesale orders include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and wire transfer (must clear before shipment is released).  
  1. Please note that we have taken great care in our handcrafted Beedewy skincare products. Therefore, items purchased wholesale (or retail) from Beedewy may not be altered in any way for resale. Prohibited alterations include, but are not limited to, dye processing, appliqués, screen-printing and reconstruction, relabeling logo/graphic design/branding elements.   
  1. Re-stocking/cancellation fee: buyers will be charged a 20% restocking/cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days before delivery. All sales are final.
Restocking fee will be charged to your credit card on file at the time of cancellation, or after 3 attempts to reach you.
 Minimums:    
opening order:  $300
in stock order: $200
  1. Note: clients must have seasonal orders on file to qualify for in-stock re-order minimums.
  1. Shipping: orders will be shipped via UPS and USPS. All wholesale online orders are subject to additional shipping charges following review and processing. International and domestic wholesale orders can be subject to additional shipping charges following processing of online wholesale orders. Wholesale online purchases are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Wholesale online purchases are not eligible for "flat rate" shipping promotions. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  1. A credit memo will be issued for authorized returns to be used towards a future order or invoice. No refunds will be processed.
  1. Coupon codes for our regular retail customers are not valid on wholesale orders. If you use an unauthorized coupon, your account will be billed. Your credit card on file will be billed at the time of processing. Wholesale accounts that either use a coupon code or purchase during a retail promotion may have the tags marked with black permanent pen.
  1. Wholesale accounts are not permitted to sell on amazon.com, ebay.com, groupon.com or any discounted/consignment online stores.  
  1. Cancellation of online wholesale orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  1. Cancellations or refunds of online wholesale orders are applied to the customer’s online wholesale account as online store credit only. 
  1.  Wholesale flash sales, instock promotions and discounts are only available to active accounts.  To become an active account, we need a seasonal preorder on file, meeting the minimum of $300. Your online account may remain activated, but discounted wholesale instock orders will be refunded and restocked if the criteria for active account is not met and a coupon is used.
